Executive Assistant Opportunity
St. Luke's Foundation is seeking a professional and experienced executive assistant to support the work of the health foundation, board and executive director. This position serves as the first point of contact for the general public, potential grant applicants, donors, and board members. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competency in:
- Interpersonal communication, both oral and written
- Reception and customer service
- Basic accounting concepts and bookkeeping skills
- Quick Books data entry, management and financial reporting
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and social media
- Relating and professionally interacting with a diverse group of people
- Understanding and maintaining the confidentiality of foundation business.
